Processing & Shipping please allow 3–5 business days for standard processing before your order ships. shipping times are calculated at checkout.

All Sales Are Final all orders are final. we do not accept cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns we only accept returns for items that arrive faulty or damaged. to be eligible, items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. to initiate a return, contact us at info@runactive.co with your order number and photos of the damage.

Exchanges we accept one size exchange per order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Because our first launch is limited and made to order, exchanges are subject to available inventory. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Sale Items all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
